• For an alternative investment fund looking to expand its presence in the financial industry, we completed the due diligence on several European banking targets. The scope of the mission included the negotiation with the advisors of the sellers, meeting with the management of the target, valuation and review of key documents.
  
  
• For a European M&A boutique, we acted as project leader on cross-border and complex transactions, and introduced potential investors on fund raising mandate.
